Sony 46s2530 (HD ready) or LG 42 inch full HD? Hi I am planning to buy a TV. There is an offer currently on sony 46s 2530 model which is a 46 inch LCD HD ready TV. It costs 999 euros now. Whereas the LG full HD LCD, 42 inchesTV is costing 1280 euros. Shall I go for 46 inch HD ready TV of sony or full HD LG TV ? In belgium where I live they do telecast HD digital televison. We also love seeing movies in big screens for theatre effect. I have a harman kordon home theatre system. Experts kindly advise. when I went to buy sony Tv, they were all sold out in 2 days as it was a sale offer. Now i am thinking of buying 50 inch plasma TV. I am considering panasonic. the full HD is very expensive. does it make much difference buying full HD in plasma or 1300x768 pixel is good enough. Other option is to buy LG full HD (42 inches). Well I think it really depends on what you are using for TV viewing. In other words are you using Cable television or satellite television and whichever one you are using do you plan on keeping it long? If so do they offer the same channel's in HD that belgium telecasts? If they do maybe you want to get the sony and put away the extra euros for something else for a better tv experience, like a blu-ray or ps3. I think the sony produces a better picture anyways. By better I mean more vibrant colors, better job displaying analog video and usually is more costomizeable (picture settings) than lg tv's. I am from the USA so I'm not sure of variances if any between our products and yours. Also it sounds like you like nicer things anyways because of your harman kardon hts so get the Sony it will compliment your HTS nicely. Does the sony have more than one HDMI input? If so then there's just one more reason to get it.
