sony digital camera cybershot 12.1

Sony Cybershot 12.1 Mega-Pixel Digital Camera? Can anyone figure out if there is a difference between these cameras? Both look the same but there is a major $50 price difference so there must be something different about them, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I do not know much about cameras. Also if anyone has this camera can you tell me if you like it or not? I heard it does not shoot black and white photos, is this true?
