nikon digital slr camera case

What DSLR Cameras are very good that have a BULB Setting and under $700-800 range? I heard Nikon's D50, D40, D60 were good, but they don't have Bulb setting (I don't think at least). I'm pushing more toward Nikon for sure, but I need it to be basically an SLR camera but digital. None of this corny "Beach" preset settings, etc. I just want to have full control of it, but have it have an auto-setting just in case theres a shot I -must- get at that time. Also the camera must shoot RAW. The cameras you mentioned all have a bulb setting and shoot RAW. Canon's Rebel XTi or XSi will also have these features.
